HOW TO ORDER:

After purchasing the listing, email me ALL of the following info to kraftkubby@gmail.com. A delay in emailing personalization info WILL result in a delay in shipping. If you need your items by a certain date, you MUST let me know beforehand. If party items are for a graduation party, email all of the graduate's info that you'd like on the items (school name/color, accolades, etc.).

MOCKUPS

Mockups will be sent to you via email before items are printed, assembled, and shipped. Mockups need to be approved within 24-48 hours. If seller doesn’t receive proof approval within 24-48 hours, or after attempts to reach the buyer, we will use creative liberty and create the product with the seller's design and ship it. We are not responsible for the buyer's lack of communication, after you place an order.

SHIPPING

All shipping is done via USPS. Items are shipped out within 7-10 business days of mockup approval. Delay in mockup approval may cause a delay in shipping and delivery date. You will receive a tracking number once your items are shipped. Please note that once your items ship, seller is not responsible for your package while in transit. USPS should be contacted for any shipping delays or lost/misplaced packages.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available on any custom items due to time spent on your customized items, unless there is an error on our part. Packages will be mailed to you as ordered and mockup approved (except where buyer doesn't respond to attempts to contact them, see above). If you have any issues with your items, please contact me at kraftkubby@gmail.com so that we can try to find a solution.
