Print Method: All mugs are individually pressed by hand. The design will be permanently pressed on to the mug with the use of sublimation ink that permanently adheres to the item. Colors may appear slightly different in person. These designs will not peel off like vinyl.
Although all items are made with the best of materials and care, handmade items are subject to have slight imperfections. Mugs are fragile and should be handle with care.
Mugs are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. All items are shipped via USPS. You will receive tracking info once your item ships. Delivery will take a few additional days and will solely be handled by USPS. We are not responsible for items once in transit.
